Classic Devotional Series

Urtext includes four devotional series titled in the tradition of classic works by Charles Spurgeon, L.B. Cowman, and Oswald Chambers. The content is entirely original writing created by Urtext, inspired by the themes and approach of those classics. It is not a reproduction of the original authors’ text. Each series is labeled “Inspired by” the relevant author to make this clear.

Urtext is built with the Firebase iOS SDK (Google LLC, Apache License 2.0) and the Swift language (Apple Inc., Apache License 2.0 with the Runtime Library Exception), along with Apple’s proprietary iOS SDK frameworks (SwiftUI, AVFoundation, StoreKit, MapKit, WidgetKit, CarPlay, and others). Copyright Complaints (DMCA)

We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. If you believe content in Urtext infringes your copyright, send a written notice to support@novaspesllc.com containing all of the following:

A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf
Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to locate it in the app
Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf
